Read your reports

What each report shows, from business health and sales to labour, customers, money owing, tax and the accountant's export.

Reports shows how your store is doing. Each report is a tab, and each keeps its own address, so you can bookmark the ones you check often.

Reports are for owners and managers. Front desk staff see the end-of-day report only. Money is counted on the day it was taken.

Choose the dates

Most reports have a date bar. Pick 30 days, 90 days, Year to date or 12 months, or set your own From and to dates.

Business health

The big picture. Tiles show Revenue, Invoices paid, Average ticket, Repairs finished, Average repair time and Customers served, split into new and returning. Each one compares with the same length of time before it, so you can see the trend.

Below are a Revenue chart over time, Where revenue came from, How customers paid, and what's owing now, by age.

End of day

The day's cash-up. See End of day and the cash drawer.

Sales, intake and technicians

What came in and what went out. A table by kind of device shows how many were Checked in, Finished and the Sales on them. The technicians table shows each person's Repairs finished, Sales on their repairs and Warranty claims, with how many were approved and their warranty rate.

Labour

Bench time from the timers on service orders. It shows the total Bench time, Orders worked on and the Average per order, then breaks it down by service order and by technician. A timer still running counts up to now.

Customers

How many Customers who've visited, what share Came back for a second visit, and the Average lifetime value, which is what a customer has paid you in all. Overdue for a visit lists regulars who haven't been in for longer than usual for them. They're worth a hello.

Aged receivables

Every unpaid invoice, grouped by how long it's been owing: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–120 and 120+ days. Choose a group to see only those. Download CSV saves the list as a spreadsheet.

Tax

The tax you collected, by month and by tax, with taxable sales and net sales after discounts. It counts invoices paid between your dates, on the day they were paid. Your accountant takes off what you paid on purchases.

Export for your accountant

  1. Choose Export for your accountant at the top of Reports.
  2. Pick the dates.
  3. Choose Download invoices and payments.

You get every invoice raised between those dates, leaving out cancelled ones, with a row for each payment, deposit, credit or refund. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or your accounting software's import. See the tax for the same dates jumps to the Tax report.

Tip: The Customers and Aged receivables tabs show a count when someone is overdue for a visit or an invoice is still owing.
