The appointments calendar

See the week's bookings by day, by week or as a list, filter by kind or person, and spot who's next.

Appointments in the left menu shows every booking for the week, in store and on site. An appointment doesn't have to be a repair. It can be a site assessment, a router install at a customer's home or a one-on-one training session. The calendar updates live as anyone books, moves or cancels.

Next up

The bar at the top shows who's coming next, when, what for and who it's with, with a countdown. From there you can mark them arrived, send a Remind text, or click View to see the booking.

Choose a week

Use the arrows to go back or forward a week. This week brings you back to today.

Choose a view

  • Day: one column for each person who can be booked, showing their hours, time off and the travel time around on-site visits. An Anyone column holds bookings with whoever's free. Pick the day along the top.
  • Week: seven days side by side, with your store hours shaded and a red line for now.
  • Agenda: the week as a list, day by day. It's the easiest view on a phone.

In the day view, on-site visits also appear under House calls. See House calls and your service area.

Filter the calendar

  • The In store and On site chips show or hide each kind of appointment.
  • The person menu shows Everyone, one person's bookings, or Anyone for bookings nobody has been given yet.

Read a booking

Each booking shows its time, the customer and what it's for. Its colour shows whether it's in store or on site, and a small mark shows when it has started, is done, or the customer didn't come. A booking with a dashed outline is a request from your online booking page, waiting for you to confirm it.

Click a booking to see the details beside the calendar, or in a drawer on a smaller screen. The details show when, where (with a link for directions), the customer, any linked repair or device, and who it's with. Open appointment opens its full page.

For what to do on the day, see Run an appointment. To add one, see Book an appointment.
