Sign in and pick a store

Sign in with your email, choose which store to open, and get back in when you forget your password.

You have one sign-in for every store you work at. Sign in once, then pick the store you're working in today.

Sign in

  1. Go to the OnSite sign-in page.
  2. Type your Email and Password.
  3. Tick Keep me signed in on this device if this is your own phone or computer. Leave it off on a shared counter computer.
  4. Select Sign in.

If two-step sign-in is on for your account, OnSite then asks for the code from your authenticator app. See Two-step sign-in.

Your first sign-in

When an owner or manager adds you, they give you a starting password. The first time you sign in with it, OnSite asks you to Choose your own password. Type it twice and select Save and continue.

A password needs 10 or more characters, with a capital, a small letter, a number and a symbol. The checklist under the field ticks each one off as you type.

Pick a store

If you work at more than one store, you see Where to today? with a card for each store. Each card shows your role there and how many repairs are open. The store you used last is marked Last used. Select a store to open it.

If you work at only one store, OnSite opens it straight away.

To change stores later, select your name at the top right and pick another store under Your stores. You can also press Ctrl Shift S to open that menu.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot it?
  2. Type the email you sign in with and select Send the link.
  3. Open the email and follow the link. It works for a day.
  4. Type a new password twice and select Set my password.
  5. Sign in with the new password.

Setting a new password signs you out on your other devices.

Tip: No email? Check your spam folder, then select Send it again. An owner or manager can also set a new password for you from Settings › Staff.

If sign-in is paused

After five wrong passwords in a row, OnSite pauses sign-in for that account for 10 minutes. The page counts down until you can try again. If you can't remember the password, use Forgot it? or ask an owner or manager to set a new one. Either way clears the pause.

If you see "no store has added you yet"

Your password is right, but you aren't on the staff of any store. Ask the store owner to add you in Settings › Staff, then sign in again.

Sign out

Select your name at the top right, then Sign out. On a shared computer, always sign out when you finish.
