Add OnSite to your website

Let customers check on their repair, or see what their device is worth, from your own website.

OnSite gives your store public pages that customers can use without calling you. Put them on your website, your Google profile or your texts. Owners and managers find them in Settings › Your website.

Check my repair

Customers type their repair number and the last 4 digits of their phone, and see where their repair is at. No names or prices show, and the number of tries is limited, so nobody can guess who has a repair in.

The link is also printed on every ticket.

  1. Go to Settings › Your website.
  2. Under Check my repair, select Copy next to the link.
  3. Paste it into your website's menu, your Google business profile or a text.

Select Open to see the page as your customers do.

Put the form on your website

  1. Under Check my repair, select Copy the code.
  2. In your website builder, add an "HTML" or "Embed code" block.
  3. Paste the code into it and publish.

This works in Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and Shopify. You can style the form to match your site.

Note: If the section says This store has no web address yet, the page isn't ready for your store. Contact OnSite.

What's my device worth?

If you buy used devices, customers can pick their model and its condition and see what you'd pay, in money or in store credit with your bonus. The prices come from your buy price list. The counter still confirms the offer once it sees the device.

This page is off until you turn it on:

  1. Go to Settings › Buying devices.
  2. Turn on Show these prices on your website and save.
  3. Back in Settings › Your website, use Copy under What's my device worth? to get the link.

If your price list is empty, the page tells customers to bring the device in. Add models in Settings › Buying devices to show real prices.
